My name is Rena Fiorello. I was born in Pensacola, FL. I went to college at Florida State University - Go Noles, and moved to Baltimore with my first company out of college - Black and Decker. I have lived here more than where I grew up now so I feel like Baltimore is my home! I have been married to my husband Tom for 17 years and we have one daughter named Ava - she is 12 years old. We have two dogs and two ducks! I sing on my church worship team, love my peloton, boating and spending time with family and friends.

I had an amazing career in Corporate America. I climbed that ladder and loved so much of what I was able to do, but always had this itch inside me to own my own business. Never thought I would actually do it. With support of family and friends that dream is now a reality.

Fashion has always been fun to me. People always say, you can pull that off. Well I am here to say - so can you! Don't overthink it, just put it on and have fun with it! Helping women feel confident in themselves by helping them look great has been the most rewarding part of this journey. When I decided to do this, I thought a lot about the women I would get to know in our community and it made me think of butterflies - how they are all unique - shape, size and color and how we are more beautiful as we evolve and grow into ourselves. So that is why you will see in my marketing and even in the decor at the store butterflies as a reminder.

We just hit our 2 year anniversary for our brick and mortar and for those new to us online welcome to ALBC and we look forward to continuing to bring forward fashion styles that you will love and stand out in!
