Return Policy
- HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY UPDATE: as of Nov 29, 2024: Returns must be received by Tuesday Jan 7th in original condition, tags in place and unworn for exchange or store credit only. Please follow online return process. We reserve the right to refuse return if any of these areas are of concern.
- All returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange or store credit only.
- You will need to setup a customer account to request returns. Visit https://shopify.com/81969905958/account and setup your account to start a return. Or clink on the link at the bottom of our homepage.
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial credit based on the condition of the item.
- Shipping is at the cost of the customer.
- All clearance, intimate apparel, bodysuits, pre-orders and accessories are final sale.
- All returns are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Once store credit or exchange is made, that sale is final
- Please enclose the original receipt so we may locate your order efficiently and quickly process your return.
- Please note: gift cards from our brick & mortar store do not work at this time. But you can purchase an online gift card at the top menu of our website.

From time to time, a damage or flaw in an item gets by us as we inspect our garments. If you experience this, please take a photo of the damage/flaw and email us immediately at cockeysville@apricotlaneusa.com and we will get back to you within 2 business days!
