As a boutique, we carry a variety of high-quality brands. The sizing for each brand and item can vary.  Most of the sizes range S - L with some styles coming XS- XL.  The size the model is wearing in each product is described on each product's description. Common fashion terms used to explain sizing/cut:

"Oversized" -- item has a looser, more forgiving fit  

"Body-Con"-- item is form-fitting and tighter.

"Cropped" -- item stops before the expected or typical length.

"True-to-size" -- size is relative to what the size guide suggests.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • Our business hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 6:00pm; Please allow 3-5 business days for processing orders. Orders placed on Friday past 12pm EST will typically ship the following Tuesday. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when selecting your shipping method.
  • Orders will typically deliver between 5-7 business days from purchase date. 
  • You will receive and email with tracking number once your purchase has been delivered. Be sure to provide your accurate email and phone number during check out. 
  • Shipping cost will depend on weight of packaging.
  • In the instance that your order will ship later than typical, we will send a follow-up email and let you know when it is expected to ship.  During the holiday season, shipping times may vary, and orders may take longer to process and ship.  If you need your order quickly, please give us a call at (443) 318-4194 or send us an email at cockeysville@apricotlaneusa.com.

 WHAT IS IN-STORE PICK UP?

  • Once we receive your online order for in-store pickup, we will process it and send you an email letting you know it is available and ready for pickup. The majority of our items are available in-store and therefore we can process in-store pick-ups rather quickly. If not picked up then the order will be restocked into the store and will be subjected to a $5 restocking fee. 

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED or Overnight SHIPPING!

  • At this time expedited and overnight shipping is not offered. We will keep you posted and inform you when this changes. 

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES OR APO'S?

  • Yes!  We ship USPS to P.O. Boxes and Military addresses (thank you for your service)!  We are not able to offer expedited shipment with these recipients, so please keep that in mind!

DO YOU SHIP TO CANADA, ALASKA & HAWAII?

  • Of course!  We certainly can't upset our faraway friends!  Unfortunately, shipping time frames are longer, and it may take up to 5-10 business days to receive your order.  Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information!

CAN I USE MY APRICOT LANE GIFT CARD ONLINE?

  • Unfortunately, at this time, we are not set-up to accept gift cards purchased in the Apricot Lane Boutique - Cockeysville brick and mortar store.  Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Once your order is processed and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  It is always suggested to make an account with us so you can easily log in and keep track of your purchases. 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

  • If you put in the wrong address, please call us immediately during business hours at (443) 318-4194.  If it is outside of our business hours, please email us at cockeysville@apricotlaneusa.com.  We begin processing orders immediately, so please know that we will do our best to update your info, but if the item has already been packaged, there is nothing we can do.  If you are using PayPal as a form of payment, please make sure your shipping info is up-to-date!

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love everything you purchase from us, but just in case you change your mind, here are some simple rules about our online returns:
  • HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY UPDATE:  as of Nov 29, 2024:  Returns must be received by Tuesday Jan 7th in original condition, tags in place and unworn for exchange or store credit only.  Please follow online return process.  We reserve the right to refuse return if any of these areas are of concern.  
  • All returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your order for exchange or store credit only.  
  • You will need to setup a customer account to request returns.  Visit   https://shopify.com/81969905958/account and setup your account to start a return. Or clink on the link at the bottom of our homepage.  
  • Items must be unworn, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial credit based on the condition of the item.
  • Shipping is at the cost of the customer.  
  • All clearance, intimate apparel, bodysuits, pre-orders and accessories are final sale.
  • All returns are processed within 2-3 business days. 
  • Once store credit or exchange is made, that sale is final
  • Please enclose the original receipt so we may locate your order efficiently and quickly process your return.
  • Please note: gift cards from our brick & mortar store do not work at this time. But you can purchase an online gift card at the top menu of our website.
