We hope you love everything you purchase from us! However, we understand that sometimes something just doesn't work out. Please review our return policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

• Online Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery and are eligible for exchange or store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
• Local online for store pickup will follow in store 7 day return window policies.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all tags attached.
• We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue partial store credit if an item is returned worn, damaged, altered, or otherwise not in its original condition.
• Clearance items, intimate apparel, bodysuits, pre-orders and accessories such as jewelry, purses, hats etc are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Please include your original receipt or order information with your return so we can locate your order and process your return as quickly as possible.
• Approved returns are typically processed within 2–3 business days after they are received.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we inspect our merchandise carefully, occasionally a damaged or defective item may get by us. If you receive an item with a damage or defect, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible at cockeysville@apricotlaneusa.com.

Please include your order information and a photo showing the issue. We will respond within 2 business days and work with you to resolve the problem.
